About
I'm Anneke Victorica, the founder of BloomHR. I've spent 11+ years leading People & Culture at global nonprofits, most recently as Associate Director of People & Culture at WITNESS and before that at The Engine Room. Originally trained as a lawyer, I have hands-on experience in everything from building HR infrastructure from scratch, scaling systems for growing teams, multi-jurisdictional employment issues, fostering healthy organizational culture as well as the harder moments, like workforce reductions and sensitive employee relations matters. BloomHR offers you that experience, whether it is for a one-off project or for more ongoing support.
